From 2014 β 2017, I ghostwrote a weekly article on AdAge on behalf of the CEO of my agency (Renegade), using his interviews with some of America’s top chief marketing officers, like The Times’s Meredith Kopit Levien (below), Spotify’s Mayur Gupta, and Clorox’s Eric Reynolds.
The articles served a dual purpose: Targeting potential members of The CMO Club (our quasi-client for this series) and lead generation for my agency. We cinched work or explored projects with many of the companies involved.
